Compania isi calculeaza suma aferenta celor 20% din impozitul pe profit, apoi incheie un contract de sponsorizare, iar cheltuielile sunt deductibile.<\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/static.anaf.ro\/static\/10\/Anaf\/legislatie\/Cod_fiscal_norme_11092018.htm#A21\"><span class=\"trx_addons_dark\"><em>Extras din Codul Fiscal, titlul 2, cap.
